Bedrock’s redevelopment of this site will restore the grandeur to Woodward Avenue’s 1200 block. Plans include 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, food and beverage, hotel, residential, event and meeting, parking, and activated open spaces. At 685.4 feet tall, the tower will provide unique city views at every level. An indoor-outdoor space for activations will anchor the ground-floor retail. A new plaza between the two buildings will cut through the center of the development, creating a central destination for Detroit.
